About our processing service
Our Processing Service operates in the following steps:
First, you complete the ETA application form on our website. When you have completed the form, we will evaluate it. If we find any problems with your application, we will contact you by email and tell you about them. We will only submit your application to the Canadian government if, after evaluation, we find it to be valid. Most applicants whose ETA applications are approved receive notice of approval by email within 24 hours.
If, to the best of our judgment, your application will not be accepted by the Canadian government, we will notify you, and will not charge you. You may then submit your ETA application on your own directly to the Canadian government. Note that if we determine that an application is not acceptable, that that determination represents only our best judgment, and not a decision by the Canadian government. Only the Canadian government has the power to approve or disapprove a Canadian travel authorization.
It is extremely important for you to enter your personal and passport information correctly. Please check all fields in the application for accuracy before you make any payments on our website. If you find any errors after you have made your payment, contact us immediately at the following email address [email protected] There may be an additional fee for correcting your application, depending on its status.
Note that you do not need to include a Canadian travel itinerary when you apply for a Canadian travel authorization. After the authorization has been approved, you can update it with information about your flight or hotel at any time before you depart. ETA application denials
If the Canadian government denies your ETA application, we will not charge you for the processing fee. Our Customer Service Department will contact you and let you know what options are available. We do not have any influence over the results of your application. If your ETA application is denied, it is our suggestion that you apply for a non-immigrant visa to the Canada You can do this through a Canadian embassy or consulate.
Under some circumstances, the Canadian government may change the status of a travel application to Not Authorized after it has already been approved.
